We have recently been made aware of the incorrect naming affiliation involving a domain owned by The Recon Group Inc., RBID.COM and the company named RBID.COM, Inc.

There is no link or affiliation between the owners of the domain RBID.COM and the company named RBID.COM, Inc.

When we purchased the domain in 2017 we directed the domain RBID.COM to one of our active domains directliquidation.com, owned and operated by Direct Liquidation LLP which is one of the companies owned by the shareholders of The Recon Group Inc., our intention was to eventually create a second business to business marketplace using the RBID.COM domain but as of yet we have not started working on this project. The shareholders of The Recon Group INC., Direct Liquidation LLP and goTRG (www.gotrg.com) conduct no business and have no affiliation with the company named RBID.COM, Inc. or any of its shareholders or affiliates. We have no affiliation or connection to the company named RBID.COM, Inc. furthermore, goTRG, The Recon Group INC. and Direct Liquidation are privately held companies.

We have reached out to FINRA, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and OTC Markets explaining that someone is seemingly establishing a connection between the domain RBID.COM (owned by The Recon Group INC.) and RBID.COM, Inc. a company that looks to have gone bankrupt almost a decade ago.
